Kayli Stampler, MSN, PNP

Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Hi, I am Kayli Stampler, your Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I am a proud mother of three, Brooks, Riggs and Gia. I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL with my husband Tyler. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate and received another Bachelor's in Nursing from King University before going back to school to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to my first, I would always hear "Enjoy your sleep now" and boy was that true. My first, Brooks, slept in bed with my husband and I and it was not fun. When my second, Riggs, came a long, we gave the crib a go but it did not last long before I decided to sleep train him. Now, Riggs begs to go to bed and sleeps through the night in his own crib. Our youngest, Gia, is also sleeping through the night in her own room! I would love the opportunity to share my story with you and get you on the right path sooner than later!

As a friendly reminder, even though I am a Practitioner, I am not your child's NP. The goal of sleepDreams Pediatric Sleep Consulting is to provide educational content and point you in the right direction towards improving your child's sleep. If you think your child has a sleep disorder or any other medical concerns, I recommend discussing with your Pediatrician.

Did You Know?

My sleep consulting services are likely covered under your FSA or HSA plan.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Contact your FSA Administrator and let them know that you would like to have sleep consulting services covered. You may need to complete some paperwork before purchasing. NOTE: Sleep consulting/ training is an emerging field and may be classified under the category "Health Institute Fee" so be sure to ask about this specifically.

  2. You may need to get a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from your Pediatrician. If so, just call their office and let them know what you are doing and they will be happy to get you what you need.

  3. If using FSA, you may have to pre-pay for your sleep consulting services and submit a receipt for reimbursement. Just ask me for a receipt and submit to your FSA Administrator.

  4. If using a HSA debit card, you can simply use it to pay for sleep consulting services. Pretty sleep(sweet) if you ask me!
